Happy 2012!

Happy New Year St. Ephrem Friends!  I am so proud to hear about the exciting things you are doing!  Jolie and Cheyanne and Gianna - I'm sure you are amazing at Forensics!  And Tori - I can see you on Broadway one day!
My class is working on X-treme weather reports - remember when we did that?  I am showing them the videos of your weather reports to show them what a great job looks like!
I pray for all of you every time I go to mass, and I think of you so often.  I hope you had a wonderful Christmas.  I have a new iPad and am having lots of fun finding apps (like Angry Birds and Words with Friends!)
Please wish your families and  teachers and the other kids a Happy New Year for me!

  1. Hi Mrs. Morris! Happy New Year! I hope you had a nice Christmas. I cant believe it went by so fast. American Idol just started too. I thought about you the first night it came on. 2. Hi Gianna!
I am watching Idol - do you have your American Idol Pool going this year? There was a 15 year old girl the first night whose Dad is a baseball player - I forget her name, but I thought she was amazing! Stay tuned!

  3. Hi Mrs. Morris. Yes we are doing the pool again this year. We are picking our people on Friday February 24th. I dont really have a favorite yet but I think there are a lot of good singers. Guess what?!?! I made it into the spelling bee this year too and I came in second place. I was really suprised! Hope your having a good year!

  4. Hi Mrs. Morris! Happy Easter! I hope your having a good day. Chance and Auction just passed and I wanted to tell you that I came in third for the cover contest and Kaela J. came in second! Also I have a forensics tournament this weekend on Saturday, a day before my birthday - Friday the 13th, which i don't really like. I have been watching American Idol too, I want Jessica to win. Miss you and hope to see you soon!

  5. Hi mrs. Morris. It's Kaela. Happy Easter! Guess what, I just came back from a three week vacation to Africa. I visited Zimbabwe and south Africa, and I saw many interesting things.

Even though I'm in sixth grade, some things haven't changed. I'm still always the last person to finish my art projects. For the chance and auction cover contest, I came in second place and won 30 dollars. But Emily Bazelak came in a close third.

This coming Saturday, I have a Forensics competition (hopefully I place). Also, my brother is making First Holy Communion.

By the way, I still don't have a favorite on Idol (but I like Colton).

  6. Hi Mrs. Morris! I actually want to be on broadway someday (specifically "Newsies")! But, for right now I just want to see the new musical "Newsies".
So far, this year's production at my dance studio (Knecht Dance Academy) "Shoeless Joe" won 1st at Candance, 1st and People's Choice Award at BravO, and 1st place for our category and 1st overall winner at Dancers Inc! Our next competition is Memorial Day Weekend! The night before we went to Dancers Inc, the older members in the Junior Company (including me) were told that next year we are due for solos! So next year I can get a solo!
Hope you have a great day!
